Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
All new customers receive a free trial period as specified on our pricing page. No payment is required during the trial, and no charges will be incurred if you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused complete months, subject to a 15% early termination fee. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 6 months of the annual term.
4. Refund Eligibility
Full refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service was materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Billing error by the Company
- Service does not match the described functionality at time of purchase

Refund requests are processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup or migration fees
- Custom development or consulting services
