This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Ghaima Cloud ERP platform. All users must comply with this policy to ensure a safe, reliable, and fair environment for all customers.

2. Permitted Uses

The Service is intended for legitimate business operations, including:

• Enterprise resource planning and management
• Financial accounting and reporting
• Human resources and payroll management
• Sales, inventory, and supply chain operations
• Customer relationship management
• Business analytics and reporting

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Store, transmit, or process illegal content or data
• Conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing or penetration testing
• Deploy cryptocurrency miners or resource-intensive non-ERP processes
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Circumvent security controls or access restrictions
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract data beyond normal API use
• Host content unrelated to ERP operations

4. Resource Limits

Each Subscription plan includes defined resource allocations (storage, users, API calls). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or a request to upgrade your plan.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notification
• Temporary service suspension
• Account termination (for severe or repeated violations)

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking enforcement action, except in cases requiring immediate action to protect the Platform or other users.
